I. Call to Order
Ms. Barrett called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

II. Welcome
Ms. Barrett welcomed everyone to the meeting.

III. Comments from the Public
Ms. Allen presented a request for Region Ten to join the Coalition for Housing Opportunity. Further information will be forwarded to the Board. A vote will be taken at the next Board meeting if the invitation will be accepted or not.

IV. Specification of Other Items to be added to the Agenda
There were no new items at this time.

V. Presentation
Mr. Brown provided a PowerPoint presentation of the 2010 Work Plan that will soon be live on Region Ten’s website.

VI. Approval of the February 8, 2010 Minutes
Ms. Barrett asked for corrections to the minutes. On page II under VACSB, "Hasil" should be "Hazel" and "Pesoli" should be "Pezzoli".

On a motion made by Mr. Stern and seconded by Mr. Dumler, the February 8, 2010 Board Minutes were approved as corrected with abstentions from Mr. Laushway and Mr. Hale.

X. Public Policy & Advocacy Committee
Minutes were provided at the meeting. There will be a follow-up Mental Health Workgroup meeting on Friday to discuss the community ideas gathered at the forum. Plans include a spring or summer symposium to share the work of the Coalition thus far.

Thanks to efforts from both Mr. Gouldman and Beth Lewis, CTS (Charlottesville Transit Services) is coming to 500 Old Lynchburg Rd. beginning this summer. The committee’s next meeting will be April 1st at 6:00 pm.

XI. Fundraising
The next meeting will be March 11, 2010 at 4:00 pm.

XII. VACSB Update
The VACSB 2010 Development and Training Conference will be held at Sheraton Richmond West Hotel in Richmond on May 5th and 6th.

XIII. Other Business
There was no other business at this time.
